Data from every device in your facility, on one platform.
Our industrial IoT devices continuously collect data from energy analysers, temperature sensors and Modbus-enabled field equipment. etaVision analyses this data and brings it to you in real time.

What we do
We deliver the whole journey from field measurement to data analysis under one roof: electronic hardware, communication infrastructure and a monitoring platform.
01 Energy Monitoring and Analysis
We continuously measure and analyse your facility's electricity consumption and reactive energy ratios, so you can see the risk of reactive energy penalties in advance. Works with Modbus-enabled energy analysers, relays and meters.
02 Capacitor Step Testing
We measure the real kVAr output of every capacitor step in your compensation panel and detect capacity loss and faults.
03 Temperature Monitoring and Analysis
We continuously monitor temperature-critical points in stores, warehouses and production areas and keep a record of every change.
04 Integrated Energy and Temperature Monitoring
We collect energy and temperature data through the same device so you can monitor both together on a single platform.
Live indicators
What do you see in energy monitoring?
Every value read from the energy analyser is presented clearly, together with what it means.
- Voltage and Current
- Live voltage and current values for each phase.
- Cosφ
- Shows whether the reactive load is compensated correctly.
- Active, Inductive and Capacitive Energy
- Active and reactive energy accumulated over the period.
- Inductive and Capacitive Penalty Limits
- The ratio of reactive to active energy. Exceeding the limit adds reactive energy charges to the bill; your ratios are shown against the limits.
- Energy Used in the Last 24 Hours
- Hourly breakdown of the active energy drawn over the last 24 hours.
- Daily Consumption and Consumption Density
- Total consumption per day and a day/hour heat map. Shift patterns and out-of-hours consumption are easy to see.
- Phase Imbalance
- The load difference between phases. High imbalance causes motors to overheat and lose efficiency.
- Harmonics: THD-V and THD-I
- Total harmonic distortion in voltage and current. An indicator of heating and losses in capacitors.
What is capacitor step testing?
In compensation panels, capacitors are connected in steps. The reactive power controller switches these steps in and out as the facility needs, keeping cosφ on target.
Over time, capacitors lose capacity, fuses blow or contactors fail. The controller assumes the step is switched in, but the expected reactive power never reaches the system. As a result cosφ drops and the inductive ratio approaches the penalty limit. This often goes unnoticed until the bill arrives.
In a step test, each step is switched in one by one together with the reactive power controller, and the real reactive power (kVAr) the capacitors deliver is measured. The measured value is compared with the capacitor's rated value, making it clear which steps are healthy, which have lost capacity and which do not work at all.
Results are reported per step on etaVision, so you can plan panel maintenance before any reactive energy penalty arises.
