Energy Monitoring and Analysis

We continuously measure and analyse your facility's electricity consumption and reactive energy ratios, so you can see the risk of reactive energy penalties in advance. Works with Modbus-enabled energy analysers, relays and meters.

Readings from your energy analysers, relays and meters are recorded per phase. Reactive ratios are tracked against the penalty limits, so a compensation problem is spotted before the bill arrives.

Capacitor Step Testing

We measure the real kVAr output of every capacitor step in your compensation panel and detect capacity loss and faults.

Steps are switched in one by one and the measured reactive power is compared with each capacitor's rated value. Steps that have lost capacity or failed are reported before penalties arise.

Temperature Monitoring and Analysis

We continuously monitor temperature-critical points in stores, warehouses and production areas and keep a record of every change.

Temperature sensors placed in cold rooms, warehouses, panel rooms and similar locations connect to a SensorHub, which sends the readings wirelessly to the Gateway. Live values, history and trends are always at hand.
